Our role and limits

MyHeadHunt is a facilitator that connects companies and candidates. We are not a party to the employment relationship. We do not guarantee that you will get a job or find a specific hire, and we are not responsible for hiring decisions or the terms of any contract signed between the parties.

Account control

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms — including fake accounts, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform. Where reasonable, we will notify you before taking action; in cases requiring immediate intervention, we may act first and notify you afterwards.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll notify you of material changes by email or via an in-platform notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Amman.
